I frequently engage with new and established colleagues around the world to develop ideas for new projects that build on previous work or branch into unfamiliar topics I'm keen to tackle. I also contribute to ideas and projects being developed, proposed, or needed by others, such as environmental or biodiversity managers, students, and practicing scientists.
